David Fernandez – Founder & CEO
David Fernandez is the founder and CEO of Netclearance Systems, Inc. Fernandez is responsible for leading the enterprise.
Fernandez has proven expertise in software and hardware product development as well as strategy. Prior to joining Netclearance, Fernandez held technology roles in product development across multiple segments in the wireless and Internet communication industries. He also has six patents pending in the low power wireless sensor sector. Fernandez has held lead roles at Motorola Mobility, Qualcomm, Wellcore, Veraz Networks (IPO-2007), Lucent Technologies and AT&T.
David holds a BS degree in Electronics from Universidad Simon Bolivar and a MS in Information Technologies from Northwestern University.
Jack Donner – Co-Founder & CTO
Jack Donner is the co-founder and CTO of Netclearance Systems Inc. Donner is responsible for technology and product strategy.
Donner has broad expertise in developing new technologies in both start-up and large company environments and has broad experience across multiple industries. Donner has delivered key technologies including the first handheld gasoline chromatography system. Prior to joining Netclearance, Donner has held senior roles at Diebold, Motorola, DoCoMo, Packet Video Alcatel-Lucent and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Jack is a graduate of West Virginia University.
Jane Hood – CMO
Jane Hood is the Chief Marketing Officer at Netclearance Systems, Inc. Hood is responsible for Corporate Marketing and Communications.
Hood is a business leader with global expertise in business transformation as well as business and marketing strategy. She was most recently the CMO of Plastiq, an early stage payments start-up in Boston. Hood has held executive roles at StanCorp Financial, MasterCard Worldwide, American Express, Windrunner and several venture-backed firms.
Jane is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin where she was awarded a fellowship to the Washington Campus. Hood also serves on the Advisory Board of eNature.
Edward Meskill – Vice President of Business Development
Edward Meskill is the Head of Business Development at Netclearance Systems, Inc. Meskill leads Sales, Partnerships and Business Development for the company.
Meskill was the co-founder of Virtual Marketing Partners where he continues to serve as a non-executive board member. Earlier in his career, he was the publisher of two mobile industry magazines. Meskill is the founder of a consultancy practice that works with a variety of leading edge technology companies.
